Job requiring unescorted access to a restricted airport or port area: complete the sponsored security screening

Priority

The employer must start the process. A clearance does not replace the restricted-area identity card or local access issued afterward.

Confirm the scope

Have the employer confirm the area, clearance type and enrolment office; different access needs may require different approvals.

Prepare the information

Gather identity, citizenship, residence, employment, travel and foreign records for the full requested period.

Complete the process

Activate the employer-created account, complete the application without gaps and attend verification with required originals.

Keep follow-up records

Monitor notices, correct the file promptly and after the decision coordinate the local pass, expiry and relevant changes.
