Record municipal and Indigenous concerns and responses using the prescribed templates. These exchanges form part of file preparation and must not be invented afterwards. [2]
Distinguish follow-up duties
Check ATI conditions and separate annual work-planning obligations. A program change may require renewed assessment of applicable authorizations. [1]
