Bankruptcy or proposal: complain about a Licensed Insolvency Trustee
Try to clarify the file, identify regulatory conduct, gather numbers and records, then use the Superintendent’s process.
A disciplinary complaint does not automatically change an order, dividend, debt or court deadline. Separately use any urgent remedy in the insolvency file.
Clarify with the trustee
Request the explanation, calculation, document or correction in writing. Record the individual trustee’s name, not only the firm.
Define the concern
Separate dissatisfaction with outcome, a court ruling, professional conduct, fees, conflict of interest and breach of a directive.
Build the file
Keep the estate or proposal number, dates, forms, statements, invoices, emails, responses and concrete impact.
File in the right place
Use the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy complaint process and cooperate with review. Separately preserve any court review or other deadline.
