Confirm your interest and tie each detailed objection to at least one statutory ground, with a compliant service address.

File the statement and fee with the Registrar and serve the same objection on the responsible authority by an allowed method.

Retain proof and follow the counter statement, affidavit evidence, submissions, hearing, decision and any appeal.
