Priority

University approval, funding or a provincial permit alone does not authorize work or collection in a Parks Canada place.

Confirm the scope

Select every heritage place and check priorities, intake periods, access, Indigenous knowledge and local restrictions.

Describe questions, team, methods, sites, schedule, specimens, disturbance, data, safety and ethics.

Contact the coordinator early and attach the complete proposal to the online form submitted in one session.

Await the permit, coordinate species and export approvals and provide reports, data and specimens as required.
