A research authorization does not permit product marketing or automatically allow sale of treated crops.

Confirm the right process

Classify the product, activity and trial scale under the official criteria; obtain confirmation for any uncertain exemption.

Prepare the dossier

Prepare the protocol, sites, collaborators, experimental label, specifications and required evidence without starting the trial prematurely.

Submit the application

File the authorization or notification form and applicable material; separately check provincial requirements.

Follow up

Await the required document and follow its conditions, label, crop restrictions, records and expiry date.
