Bring a request to Parliament: create and publish a federal electronic petition
Draft an admissible federal request, secure five initial supporters and an MP, then open signature collection.
The petition must concern federal jurisdiction and request concrete action. Personal allegations, external links or disrespectful wording may cause rejection.
Define the request
Address an accepted authority, briefly state the grievance and make a concrete request within the word limit.
Check admissibility
Exclude purely provincial matters, court proceedings, web links and text substantially identical to an open petition.
Secure support
Create the account, name five to ten potential supporters and obtain at least five confirmations, then select an MP to authorize publication.
Publish and track
After MP approval and certification, share the official page, respect the signature period and track presentation and the government response.
