Confirm the scope
Identify the exact provision, standard or requirement not met, the goods, quantities, means of containment, modes and routes.
Prepare the information
Design the alternative and demonstrate at least equivalent safety through calculations, tests, drawings, procedures and experience.
Complete the process
Prepare legal identity, covered members and the complete form, then file the request and appendices through the approvals portal.
Keep follow-up records
Await the decision, train personnel, keep the certificate available and manage conditions, renewal, incidents and changes.
