Confirm the scope

Record the number, institution, value, trade agreement, decision, awareness date and award status.

Explain each alleged breach by connecting solicitation documents to contemporaneous facts.

File the objection or complaint on time, pay the fee and attach the form, evidence, confidentiality claims and remedy.

Answer deficiencies promptly and monitor the inquiry decision, institution report, submissions and interim measures.
