The business permit and each embalmer’s permit are separate. The business must not offer or claim to offer the service before issuance.
Confirm the scope
Define services and facilities, operating entity, each location, the director and professionals who will practise embalming.
Prepare the information
Check statutory conditions and prepare corporate records, plans, facility compliance, responsible persons and required payments.
Complete the process
Download the business form, complete every activity and address and submit the package to the responsible directorate.
Keep follow-up records
Await the three-year permit, pay annual fees and manage inspection, changes, renewal and required staff training.
