Confirm the scope

Map off-premises sales, temporary kiosks, solicitation and contracts and check each exception published by the Office.

Prepare the information

Register the business, identify officers and number of representatives and prepare required declarations and records.

Complete the process

Complete the application, provide calculated security, pay fees and await the permit before regulated sales.

Keep follow-up records

Adapt the contract, cancellation notice, permit number, payment practices and training to current duties and prohibitions.
