Offering paid money services in Quebec: prepare the provincial operating-licence application

Confirm the right process

Classify the offered services and confirm coverage with Revenu Québec, including payment and cryptoasset activities.

Prepare the dossier

Prepare Form SM-3-V, associated-person declarations and ATM-specific schedules, with legal structure and required supporting records.

Submit the application

Send the application and fees through accepted methods; arrange secure messaging before transmitting sensitive records.

Follow up

Answer screening requests and await the licence; manage display, registers, personnel changes and annual renewal afterward.
