Confirm the right process

Review the reporting year’s legal notice and guide for facility activities, thresholds and substances; document the applicability assessment.

Prepare the dossier

Gather production data, inventories, measurements and estimation methods needed to calculate reportable quantities.

Submit the application

Use ECCC’s specified reporting system, complete the return and obtain the required certification before the applicable deadline.

Follow up

Retain calculations and evidence, answer quality checks and correct errors; reassess the reporting criteria every year.
