Manufacturing, packaging, labelling or importing natural health products: obtain the site licence

Define activities and sites, establish good practices, obtain a company code and file the complete quality package.

Priority

Product licences and the site licence are separate requirements. A newly added activity cannot begin before the required amendment.

Confirm the scope

Map every manufacturer, packager, labeller, importer, foreign site and requested activity.

Implement quality assurance, procedures, batch records, complaints, recalls, stability, sanitation and samples.

Obtain a company code and prepare the harmonized form, quality assurance report and site records.

Submit through the official gateway, answer notices and manage renewal, amendment and inspection.
