Providing personnel placement or recruiting temporary foreign workers in Quebec: obtain every required agency permit

Priority

An agency carrying on both activities needs two permits. Employer registration with CNESST replaces neither permit.

Confirm the scope

Classify placement, labour supply, service contracts and foreign recruitment and identify every permit needed before offering services.

Obtain the Revenu Québec certificate, placement security, officer identity, corporate records and required information.

Use the employer service in MonEspace CNESST, file each separate application and pay the applicable fees.

Await a valid permit, verify the register and maintain security, worker duties, renewal and changes.
