Review destination phytosanitary requirements for species, botanical name, origin, treatment, soil, packaging and import permit.
Prepare the information
Gather lots, production sites, suppliers, treatments, tests, labels and traceability records.
Complete the process
Request CFIA inspection early and keep products separated, accessible and matching the description.
Keep follow-up records
Check quantity, marks, additional declaration and destination on the original, then avoid changing the certified shipment.
