Confirm the scope

Classify the operation as private or commercial and check each aircraft’s maximum weight, propulsion, pressurization and passenger capacity.

Prepare the information

Prepare the Canadian operator’s identity, aircraft, accountable personnel, operational control, training, maintenance and procedures.

Complete the process

Complete the registration document application and send it with supporting records to the Transport Canada regional office.

Keep follow-up records

Await the document before covered operations and manage added aircraft, personnel changes, compliance and cessation.
