The representative’s or agents’ personal permits do not let the business offer services. Every activity category must appear on the agency permit.
Confirm the scope
Identify services, categories, Quebec establishments, ownership structure and the eligible individual who will represent the agency.
Prepare the information
Check conditions for the business, owners, partners, shareholders, directors and representative and gather corporate records and declarations.
Complete the process
Create an Accès Agence profile or complete the paper form, attach the checklist items and pay screening and permit fees.
Keep follow-up records
Await issuance, display official copies, verify the register and maintain insurance, filings, the representative and renewal.
