Confirm the scope
List services, network, resale, customers and international traffic and check exemptions and every applicable registration category.
Prepare the information
Gather legal name, contacts, response manager, prior status and a precise description of services and operations.
Complete the process
Prepare the Secretary General letter and submit it with the My CRTC Account Telecom cover page, with no initial activation code.
Keep follow-up records
Await confirmation and listing, then validate annually and promptly report information or status changes.
