Even exempt calls generally require free registration. An exemption from subscribing does not remove the other telemarketing rules.
Confirm the scope
Identify who calls, on whose behalf, the numbers, areas, scripts, consent and exempt or non-exempt categories.
Prepare the information
Register every responsible organization free with the National DNCL operator and retain the registration numbers.
Complete the process
Buy access for called area codes when required and choose query or download service based on volume.
Keep follow-up records
Scrub lists using data no more than 31 days old and maintain internal lists, calling hours, identification, contracts and evidence.
