Confirm the scope

Identify the operator, nationality, satellites, sensors, ground segment, commands, reception, processing and controlled activities in Canada or abroad.

Prepare the information

Prepare architecture, security, cybersecurity, data access, clients, priority access, interruption, disposal and international-obligation plans.

Complete the process

Contact the Global Affairs division early and submit the complete licence package under the guide and secure formats.

Keep follow-up records

Answer interdepartmental review, await the licence and manage conditions, reports, inspection, control changes and mission end.
