Gather title, plans, history, traffic, standards, estimates, invoices, safety information and cost-sharing proposals.
Complete the process
Write to the other party, state the requested solution and retain negotiation or facilitation attempts.
Keep follow-up records
If needed, file a complete Agency application and follow responses, evidence and the final order.
